Carter W. Clark Engineering promotes a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach to projects with a planning, and civil engineering staff working together as a team. We study all aspects of a development to ensure an environmentally sound, socially acceptable, and technically competent solution to our client's project requirements. The capability to perform a full range of expert services in house enables CCE to manage a development from the initial concept to a completed project. Combining state-of-the-art technology with proven design procedures results in built projects that meet community needs whether the project is a master-planned community or an individual building. 

CCE provides site planning services with minimum destruction of the site, with imagination and with sensitivity to the implications of the site analysis. We employ a complete range of multidisciplinary services in producing large-scale, master planning documents for both the public and private sectors.  Our plans reflect the experience and knowledge of creative land planners, coupled with the technical input from our engineering disciplines. Our teams lead a client through a creative and real-world process that brings a project from the feasibility stage to the quality livability stage. Every aspect of development, from zoning and hydraulic studies to landscape design is performed in-house. This process results in innovative, creative and functional plans for industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use communities. 

Our 35-plus years in engineering practice has taught us what it takes to maintain a viable operation, ensuring we'll be around for decades to come. We utilize the most up to date technology to provide our clients with a universal product that is transferable to many platforms.  Our Surveying Department has over 25 years combined experience in Land Development.  While our Engineering Department has a combined 35 years of Experience.  Our staff is fully capable of providing the experience needed for Land Development Projects..
